If you really want to get know someone, it's a great idea to meet for lunch, dinner, or at least a cup of coffee.  There's just something about sharing a meal that causes people to relax and let their guard down.  The Scriptures bear witness of Jesus "breaking bread" and having fellowship with his disciples.

That's why I really like the concept of Connections in Berlin, Germany.  Connections is a "Christian library and coffee house in the center of Berlin" which is run by missionaires Larry and Teri Lewis.  I have no doubt that as the Lewises share "a hot cup of coffee in Jesus' name" with those who drop by Connectionsthat these thirsty guests will not only get to know their hosts, but they will be introduced to Larry and Teri's Savior as well.
