Jesus extends an invitation to an apostate church, but also to the individual who is in sin: I'm knocking at the door, open up and let me in. I want to come in and have fellowship with you.

The letter from Jesus to the ancient church at Thyatira, which had been infiltrated with demonic teachings by a self-proclaimed prophetess with the spirit of Jezebel. The faithful are rewarded with "hidden manna" and "a white stone with a new name written on it."

What is the "teaching of Balaam?" We get a clue in Jesus's personal letter to the ancient church at Pergamum, "where Satan's seat is."

Revelation 2:8-12

The Lord's personal letter to the church at ancient Smyrna, a poor and stressed gathering who were suffering for their testimony of faith in Christ.

Revelation 2:4-7

Ephesus was a good church, but they had one fly in the ointment; they had gotten cold in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We must keep our love sweet with Jesus!
