Psalm 109 - A Prophecy of Vengeance Against Hateful Enemies

Psalm 109 is a Psalm of David, and is thought to be the strongest of what are known as the imprecatory psalms, David’s songs that call down curses upon his enemies. Yet, David refused to act upon these curses; he left vengeance up to God. We see David pray for deliverance from his enemies, prophesy doom over his enemies, and plea for help from God.
