From Chapter 5:1–4 of the study of the Book of Romans (אֶל־הָרוֹמִיִּים), Brother Gideon Levytam draws our attention to Paul’s reassuring words. Believers in Yeshua the Messiah have eternal salvation because of the atoning sacrifice of the Lord Jesus the Messiah. Though still sinners by nature, true believers are counted as justified before God. Even more, they now have eternal Shalom (peace) with God, whose holiness has been satisfied through the atoning work of the Messiah. While still on earth, God’s people can enjoy the blessings that accompany their salvation. These include access to God's presence by faith, joy in the hope of His coming glory, the ability to endure trials with patience, and the confident expectation of one day being in heaven with the LORD.
