I’ve seen an encouraging trend lately. I’m noticing more people repairing older clothes instead of constantly buying new wardrobes. Shoes get re-soled. Jackets get patched. Instead of throwing things away at the first sign of wear, we're learning to appreciate what’s worth keeping. I wonder if our friendships could use a little of that mindset. Every relationship will experience seasons of difficulty. But Proverbs 17:17 says, "A friend loves at all times." Real friendship isn't about finding perfect people. It's about choosing to weather storms together with grace, patience, and forgiveness. Today, thank God for the people He's placed in your life. Cherish those relationships. Repair what can be repaired. And remember that some of life's greatest blessings are found in friendships that have stood the test of time.
