Are you ever just in a terrible mood? Like, you wake up on the wrong side of the bed and everything seems to bother you? Someone says the wrong thing, traffic feels personal, and suddenly that frustration starts controlling your whole day. We all have moments of anger. But the question is: what do we do with it? The Bible tells us in 2nd Corinthians 10:5 to “take captive every thought and make it obedient to Christ.” That means we don’t have to let every negative thought, or every angry feeling take over. Because anger left unchecked can build walls. But surrendered to God, our emotions can become opportunities for growth, patience, and grace. So, if you’re having one of those days: Take those thoughts captive. Invite Jesus into that moment and let Him lead your heart.
