Heidi Tressel

"One Take Heidi" began her broadcasting career as newsreader and presenter at SMaRt FM, a Johannesburg community radio station, in January 1996. In October of that year, she moved to 94.7 Highveld Stereo (one of the biggest stations in South Africa), beginning there as news reader/writer/reporter and traffic reporter. As news reader and writer, Heidi worked with Jeremy Mansfield in the mornings, and the afternoon drive show with Tony Blewitt, among others. Since 2002, Heidi has been doing voice overs for program line-ups and promotions on SABC 3.
