Doug Searle

Doug was called to be the Pastor of IBC in June, 2013. He has served in church ministry for 27 years, and comes to us from our sister church in Nashville, Tennessee, Community Bible Church, where he has served as Youth Pastor, Director of Administration, and Finance Director. In recent years he developed CBC’s Extension program, providing university-level Bible and theology training for adults. Doug has been visiting Bonaire and IBC since 2007 and believes that IBC has a unique opportunity to promote the good news of salvation in Christ in Bonaire. Doug earned his ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas. He also holds MBA from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington.
