"We made a commitment ... that whatever income we have, we will always give ... ten percent ... to our international partners," declares Dariush Ghobad of ERF (TWR's national partner in Germany) on today's Footsteps.  I think the key word is "commitment."  The Apostle Paul urges us to give in this way.  "Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver" (2 Corinthians 9:7, NASB).  "Purposed" giving is committed giving.  It's making a decision to give a certain amount and then sticking with that decision "no matter how good or how bad the budget is," maintains Dariush.
