Our calling at TWR is "To reach the world for Christ by mass media so that lasting fruit is produced."  And on today's Footsteps, TWR President Lauren Libby defines "lasting fruit" for us.  As Lauren puts it, "a disciple of Jesus, a learner from Jesus ... is able to influence others toward the Kingdom."  That's of course what Jesus commanded his followers to do in the Great Commission: "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations ..." (Matthew 28:19a, ESV).  As believers in Jesus, as we minister to others, let's not stop with evangelism.  Let's "make disciples."  Let's produce "lasting fruit."
