"What foods can you eat from the garbage that more or less would be ... safe or safer?" asks missionary Jen Emery.  Honestly, I never thought I would hear a sensible person ask that question.  You see, Jen and her husband Pete serve with Extreme Response International in Ecuador, and they minister to a group of Ecuadorians who live next to a garbage dump.  So, are these families really eating spoiled food from the landfill?  Sadly, they are.  That's why Jen and Pete come "alongside" these people and demonstrate God's mercy, grace, and love.
