Auden and Wendy Lujan serve as missionaries in Peru, and on today's Footsteps, Auden describes their ministry to children.  Auden points out that "the children in the community are very needy."  While I haven't visited this particular preschool where the Lujans work, I certainly have seen "needy" situations in other parts of Latin America.  For example, I've been inside houses in Oaxaca, Mexico where the floors were dirt and the walls were made of cardboard.  I've come to the realization that unless churches, ministries, or missionaries step in and lift up these families, they will remain in deep poverty for generations to come.  May God bless the Lujans and all the other missionaries serving the world's "very needy" children.
