Through the years, TWR has used the tagline, "Speaking hope to the world." We've also added the slogan, "Hope knows no barriers."  We're referring to the fact that mass media, such as radio, can reach across physical, geographical, political, and cultural barriers.  But even more importantly, God's Word can penetrate the barriers of hard hearts and closed minds.  Consider Hebrews 4:12 (ESV):

"For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart."

This truth is good news for Japan.  On today's Footsteps, Ryuichi Tsubuku, a leader of TWR's Every Man A Warrior men's ministry, talks about the difficulties of reaching Japanese men with the Gospel.  Ryuichi mentions, "They have a wall in their mind."  What does he mean?  And, can this "wall" be scaled or overcome?  Listen to today's Footsteps; meditate on the above verse; and then pray for God to use TWR and EMAW to make disciples of many men in Japan.
