Last week, while I was on the road traveling, on two separate occasions I turned on the car radio and heard the voice of Dr. Erwin Lutzer—first on his daily program Running To Win and then on the weekly broadcast of Moody Church Hour.  But, Dr. Lutzer is not the first Moody Church pastor to preach or teach on the radio.  In fact, according to Michael Pitts and Yvonne Carlson, The Moody Church has been utilizing media and technology since the early days of radio.
