Joaquim Cerqueira serves as the Director of Radio Trans Mundial-Portugal, and in today’s Footsteps, Joaquim mentioned that RTM-Portugal airs the program Thru The Bible.  But, did you notice the name of the program in Portuguese?  It’s O Som do Livro.  In English, that would be translated as “The Sound of the Book.”  I like that title!

Think about it.  Paul writes in Romans 10:14 (ESV), “How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed?  And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard?  And how are they to hear without someone preaching?”  So, let’s pray that as people in Portugal listen to TWR, and as they hear “The Sound of the Book,” they will come to believe in Jesus.
