When Yvonne Knox became the Project Hannah Coordinator for Ireland, in an effort to identify the needs of hurting women in her home country, she began asking the question, “what makes a woman cry?”  That question gets to the heart of the matter, and the good news is that the LORD knows the hearts of those hurting women, and then “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3, NKJV).
