"Only 2 percent of the population in Germany can be considered evangelicals," according to Thorston Grahn, Vice President of International Ministry for ERF (TWR's national partner in Germany).  So, let's say that you or I are in charge of this Christian media ministry in Germany, what type of programming would we air?  I agree with Thorston.  I would do my best to develop strategies for reaching out to non-Christians to introduce them to Christ.
