If I were to ask this question: "Can you name a Bible smuggler?"  Many people would immediately mention Brother Andrew who founded Open Doors Mission.  During the 50s, 60s, and 70s, Brother Andrew smuggled Bibles into several communist countries.  We read about his experiences in his famous book, God's Smuggler.  While Brother Andrew obviously lived to tell about his border crossing adventures, not every Bible smuggler made it home safely.  Some were martyred.  On that list of those who died for their faith is the name of John Clipa.  On today's Footsteps, John's son Pavel begins telling the story of his father--the Bible Smuggler.
