We learn about an interesting and inspiring Romanian custom on today's Footsteps.  Pavel Clipa recalls his father's funeral.  Pavel, who was only 11 years old at the time, remembers the open Bible that was placed on his father's chest.  Just before John Clipa's burial, the Bible was closed, and a question was asked of the mourners: "Who is going to open the Bible again to the people and to other nations?"  That question should also be asked of you and me.  As we reflect on the lives of faithful men and women of God, we should be inspired to follow in their footsteps and take God's Word to our neighbors and to the nations of the world.
