In today's Footsteps, TWR President Lauren Libby gives us an update of the Bonaire Power Up Project where we are in the process of upgrading our transmitter on Bonaire from 100,000 watts to a whopping 450,000 watts.  With the stronger power, we will reach all of Cuba, the mountains of Colombia, and deep into the Amazon region of Brazil.  At this point, we are extremely close to our fundraising goal of 3.8 million dollars.  As Lauren puts it, we are in "the final clean up" stage.  Now in baseball, the fourth batter in the lineup is called the "clean up batter."  It's his job to clean the bases with a big hit--ideally a home run.  So, let me ask you, would you like to be the clean up hitter for our Bonaire project?  Would you like to be the one to make a donation that will put us over the top?
