The Boy with No Name
"The Boy with No Name" is the title of today's Footsteps program. While it sounds like the name of a song or possibly a children's book, it's actually a true story that Buckner's Shawn Spurrier tells about a boy who lived in an orphanage in Oaxaca, Mexico. I've visited this very orphanage, and I've spent time with many of the kids who live there including those with special needs. This story is very personal to me, and I can't tell you how thankful I am to my friends at Buckner for sharing the love of Jesus to these special children. If you haven't already heard it, you must listen to today's program, and then click on the link below to learn more about this special project called "Shoes for Orphan Souls."
