I don't like trials.  I don't like pain.  And I admit, if I were in Ricardo Kroskinsque's shoes, I would be devastated and possibly angry at the loss of a job.  But, when you listen to today's Footsteps, you'll hear how God was at work in Ricardo's life even when he could not find another job in his chosen field.  Why?  Well, that's when God directed him to RTM-Brazil.  By the way, I'm intentionally using that word, "directed."  You'll find it in Proverbs 3:5-6, (NKJV):

Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.
