On today's Footsteps, TWR Women of Hope Operations Manager Ann White talks about the struggles that "many women across the Arabic world are facing."  But, she doesn't stop with their suffering; she goes on to point out the impact of the Gospel in their lives.  "It's no less heartbreaking what they're going through, but it makes the hope shine all the brighter."  Hope--that's what TWR's program Women of Hope is delivering.  The late R.C. Sproul put it this way:

"Hope is called the anchor of the soul (Hebrews 6:19), because it gives stability to the Christian life.  But hope is not simply a “wish” (I wish that such-and-such would take place); rather, it is that which latches on to the certainty of the promises of the future that God has made."(1)
