Operation Mobilization missionary Mickey Walker quotes Mother Teresa on today's Footsteps: "God hasn't asked me to be fruitful; He's asked me to be faithful."  There is nothing else I can add to that statement.  I can only ask myself, and encourage you to ask yourself, "Am I being faithful to the Lord in every area of my life?"  If so, I can rest knowing that the results are up to Him.
