Refugees And Smartphones
How do we reach the refugees who are entering Europe in mass numbers? According to Jorg Dechert of ERF (TWR's national media partner in Germany), "it has to be on the smartphone." In today's program, Jorg explains why the refugees are not leaving home without a smartphone. Are you skeptical? Take a look at the above photo taken by TWR President Lauren Libby at the train station in Frankfurt, Germany. Of the refugees standing in line, notice the one man in the middle of the que who is talking on his phone. Then, start counting how many refugees are looking down in the direction of their handheld device. I count at least 5.
