John Wesley has been quoted as saying, "Give me 100 men who hate nothing but sin and love God with all their hearts, and I will shake the world for Christ!"(1)  In the case of Jesus, when He began His earthly ministry, he called 12 men to be His disciples.  Evidently, when the Lord calls a small number of men together, when He molds and shapes them, and when He empowers them with His Spirit, amazing kingdom work happens.  That's why TWR's Lonnie Berger adamantly states, "When we want to change a culture for Jesus Christ, we have to get to the men!"
