"Actually ... they asked us to come in and help them," explains Alan Gordon concerning his missionary work with the Quichua Indians of Ecuador.  So, what type of help are these Quichua Christians requesting?  Money?  No.  Land?  No.  How about a church building?  No.  "What they are asking for is theological education for their church leaders" and help in developing "a Christian education program in their churches."

You'll hear more about the work of missionaries Alan and Fabiola Gordon when you listen to Footsteps over the next couple of days.  And as you do, pray for the Gordons as they mentor these growing church congregations in Ecuador.
