According to "Joseph" who works with TWR in the Middle East, "Youth are not problems to solve; they are potential to unlock."  Well said!  May I always keep that perspective as I "train up" my boys "in the way they should go" so that when they are old, they "will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22:6, NKJV).
