Christian singer/songwriter Babbie Mason smilingly told me, "I have always had this love affair with all things French!"  So, when Babbie traveled to France on a short-term missions trip, she experienced a "strong" and "powerful" connection with the missionaries who were serving there.  Her comments remind me that God not only directs us through our talents and abilities but through our interests and passions as well.  Think about what David tells us in Psalm 37:4 (ESV), "Delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart." 

Could God be using your interests to point you in a particular direction for ministry?  I encourage you to pray about it.
