On today's Footsteps, we hear a conversation between TWR President Lauren Libby and Christian singer/songwriter Michael Card concerning the reliability of the Bible.  Intrestingly, this conversation takes place at Qumran which is the location in Israel where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered between 1946 and 1956.

It is my hope that today's program will give you confidence in the credibility of Scripture.  In addition, I challenge you to contemplate the fact that many of the biblical manuscripts found in Qumran "closely resemble the Masoretic Text, the accepted text of the Hebrew Bible from the second half of the first millennium ce until today.  This similarity is quite remarkable, considering that the Qumran Scrolls are over a thousand years older than previously identified biblical manuscripts."
