One of the most important qaulities needed by missionaries on the field is flexibility.  In fact, if you've done much international travel, you probably know what I'm talking about.  You have to be ready for those unexpected changes in schedules and plans.  Well, when TWR missionaries Dan and Rose Ellen Blosser were in the early stages of developing a children's ministry in Cambodia, an excited village chief spoke up and said, "Start next week."  Whether they believed they were ready or not, the Blosser's plunged ahead.  That was over fifteen years ago, and as Rose Ellen tells us on today's Footsteps, "The children's ministry continues to go forward.  Children all over the nation are hearing about Jesus Christ."
