TWR's calling is "To reach the world for Christ by mass media so that lasting fruit is produced."  Now, this process of producing "lasting fruit" can be slow.  In fact, it often takes missionaries many years to see the fruit from their labor.  In the case of Adoniram Judson (1788-1850), the famous missionary to Burma (now known as Myanmar), he did not witness his first decision for Christ for six long years.  Or, let me mention explorer and medical missionary Dr. David Livingstone (1813-1873).  In over 30 years of exploring Africa, Dr. Livingstone only witnessed one African convert to Christianity.  That's why TWR missionaries Dan and Rose Ellen Blosser feel so blessed to have witnessed the fruit of their labor in Cambodia.
