You've likely heard the phrase, "Hurt people hurt people."  And when we're talking about families, that hurt just keeps getting past down from one generation to the next.  That's especially true for many Native Americans, and on today's Footsteps, Weston Francis of On Eagles' Wings shares a very personal story of the pain he experienced from his Navajo father.  In fact, Weston admits, "I didn't want to forgive my dad; I didn't want to forgive him for the things he had put me through."

Without even listening to the episode, you might be experiencing a similar feeling about a member of your family.  So, is there hope?  Is there a happy ending?  I encourage you to at least check out today's episode, and then begin praying for the ability to forgive the one who has hurt you.
