Having a personal stake, direct involvement, vested interest, or "skin in the game" usually causes a person to take a project more seriously and give it his or her best effort.  Why?  Because that person has "ownership" in the enterprise.  Not only does this strategy often succeed in business, it works in ministry as well.

On today's Footsteps, TWR's David Carlsen explains how TWR is using a different approach to the translation and production of Men of Courage in various languages and countries.  This new strategy has to do with "ownership."  What does David mean?  Don't miss today's episode, and then pray that the Lord Jesus will use Men of Courage to draw Muslim men around the world into a personal relationship with Himself.
