Most of us remember the 1970s television series M*A*S*H.  In fact, many people still watch the sprogram in syndication.  If you recall, MASH stands for Mobile Army Surgical Hospital, and on today's Footsteps, Dr. Tom Darrell talks about a recent mission trip to El Salvador where the doctors and dentists set up "MASH-type units."  But where military MASH units are primarily concerned with treating medical conditions, Dr. Darrell's translator, Alex Lemus points out that these missionary medical facilities are concerned about the spiritual condition of the patients as well.   "You get the Gospel from the time you walk in to the time you leave, so it's just Gospel all the time."  I like that approach!
