In both the United States and Europe, the crimes that receive the harshest sentences are murder, treason, and rape (especially of minors).  However, in North Korea, crimes such as political dissent and defection join treason at the top of their list.  On today's Footsteps, TWR's Boaz Seong opens our eyes by adding another violation to North Korea's worst crime list--"anti-state conspiracy."  So, what transgressions qualify as "anti-state conspiracies" in North Korea?  You'll hear the surprising answer on today's episode of Footsteps.
