My English grammar is not bad, but my Spanish grammar is horrible!  While I took two years of Spanish in high school, I never used it, so I've forgotten most of what I learned--especially how to conjugate verbs.  So it's easy for me to understand how in the South American country of Bolivia, Spanish-speaking government workers might need help in communicating with native Bolivians who speak Quechua.  Believe it or not, this is where TWR can be of service.  TWR's national partner in Bolivia is RTM-Bolivia, and one of RTM's longtime staff members is an expert in Quechua grammar, and he periodically teaches Bolivian government workers how to read, write, and speak Quechua.  What a unique outreach!  TWR's Vice President for Latin America Esteban Larrosa gives us more details on today's Footsteps.
