Since Chattanooga, Tennessee is my hometown, I've heard the name Kay Arthur for as long as I can remember.  In fact, I recall in the early days, Precept Ministries was actually known as Reach Out Ranch.  And in recent years, through radio interviews, conferences, and retreats, I've gotten to know Kay Arthur's son David pretty well.  Not only is David Arthur an excellent Bible teacher like his mother, David is also a really nice guy.  And now, as the CEO of Precept Ministries International, David is heading up a parachurch ministry that is teaching God's Word in 70 languages and nearly 180 countries.
