Bigger and Stronger
Many churches go through building projects. They often need a bigger sanctuary or more Sunday School rooms, and by God's grace, those larger facilities will minister to dozens, hundreds, or possibly even thousands of more people. Now, let's think about a different ministry building project that's on a gigantic scale. I'm talking about TWR's transmitter upgrade project on the Caribbean island of Bonaire. By increasing our signal strength from 100,000 watts to 450,000 watts, our potential audience will increase from 50 million to 100 million. What an amazing ministry opportunity! But, it is taking alot of work. That's why in today's Footsteps, Daryl Van Dyken, TWR's lead engineer on the Bonaire upgrade project, talks about how all of the new components "had to be made five times bigger (and) five times stronger."
