There are times when only a specific moving by the Holy Spirit to stir up the Lord's servants to action can remedy a stagnant situation, where the work of the Lord does not seem to be progressing. It is a valid prayer to pray for such, not only as a local body, but individually, believing God to work in the heart. As He works wonderfully in the heart of one individual, He can work in the hearts of many to bring about His good and perfect will.
