When Christ came seeking Adam and Eve after they had disobeyed Him, having obeyed Satan, the Lord Jesus called to them. Before their fall into sin, Adam and Eve looked expectantly for the Lord's coming. Now they were afraid and ashamed. The call of God is to communion with Him, and this only is made possible by the sacrifice of Christ on Calvary's cross to deal with all of our sin.
