What does it mean, and why is it so very important? It means that God comes to remove all sin when one is willing to repent of sin. He does this because of the blood of Christ which was shed on Calvary to wash away all sin. Only by the blood of Christ, quickened by the Spirit, can one know the cleanness, or purity, that is accepted by God.
