There is coming a day when, as the Scriptures declare, faith will become sight, for we will see Jesus as He IS, and we shall be changed. Between now and then, our "seeing" is by faith, according to the revealed truth of God's word. The difficulty in believing comes in the form of "substitutes" of trust, which the world presents to us, as well as the devil. Only the work of the cross can deliver us from those things which are broken reeds on which we might lean. Christ alone is our eternal Rock, unmovable, unchanging, and ever present by the Spirit.
