The believer does not receive from God, even though he has all in Christ, because he does not ask. To a great extent the measure of one's fruitfulness is the measure of his prayer life. In other words, the man of faith knows that he needs everything from Christ, and thus, he prays trusting God to not only give, but to enable him to receive.
