These “Expectant Faith” devotionals were born out of a tragedy, and great loss. They were originally intended for my children, close relatives and friends. Their purpose was not only to direct our attention heavenward to Christ, but to provide a knowledge of His ways, so that we might trust Him to meet the deep needs of our hearts, as we live for and by Him. Believing that the Lord Jesus Christ is both Creator and Redeemer, it is our firm conviction, according to the Bible, that He, by His Spirit, is our great Comforter and Sustainer in life, indeed, our very Life. We have found Him to be truly, “… a very present help in time of trouble,” and so much more.
