The Lord makes it quite clear in the Old Testament that there is but one God, and He is to be worshipped as such. He goes on to reveal what and Who He is, by unveiling to us His eternal attributes, to be amplified when Christ came to this earth to die on Calvary, and rise from the dead. The great I AM of the Old Testament is the Alpha and Omega of the New Testament. The only true and living God.
