Singing to God is an affirmation of faith. It is also and expression of joy in Christ. The one who walks with Christ, abides in Him, will know something of Christ's joy, as it will be communicated to him by the Spirit. It will also be seen by others, for this is a lamp, a light which cannot be hid.
