The true preacher is one who is sent by God to deliver a message from God by the Spirit, and according to the truth. He is also one anointed by God, called to fulfill this mission. Only as he is shut up to his Lord and Savior, can he receive all that is necessary to fulfill his ministry in the power and demonstration of the Spirit
