What family hasn’t had to deal with this? Unfortunately, there’s no magic pill to make them want to go to church. We all know Scripture tells us it’s important in Hebrews 10 and Matthew 18. Unfortunately, if our kids don’t know Christ yet, they may not understand. The way you and I can explain it to them is that church is like a team. Each team has a lot of different players with a lot of different skills. You can tell them if your son or daughter doesn’t go, their skill is missing. But, more importantly, tell them we go to worship a Holy God in gratitude for what He’s done for us.
But I don’t want to go to church!
