What is the “good news”?
The phrase “good news” is used through Scripture, but what news is it talking about specifically? It’s talking about the news that Jesus has come to restore humanity back to God’s original intent by conquering death once and for all. In John 14:1-14, Jesus explains the good news to his disciples.
Who Gets to go to Heaven?
God sent Jesus to save all of humanity, but humans have to accept the gift of God’s truth and salvation in order to be part of God’s righteous kingdom. In Matthew 7:12-28, Jesus explains that the way into Heaven will be met with false prophets and teachers trying to trick people into believing lies.
Why did Jesus have to Die?
Jesus’ ministry was all about offering new life to those around him. But offering new life and making atonement for the sins of the world required a sacrifice. In Matthew 27:45-66, we see the sacrifice brought to its conclusion.

Where does Jesus Come from?
The famous story of the cross wouldn’t have been possible without the story of the Savior’s birth. In Luke 2, we see the humble gift of Jesus being born.
Is Jesus the Son of God?
Although not everyone always understood what He meant, Jesus was not timid about sharing His identity. In John 5, Jesus heals the paralyzed man laying at Bethesda. Upon receiving his healing, the Jewish leaders told him that he was forbidden to carry his mat because it was the Sabbath. He goes on to tell them that Jesus told him to pick it up and walk and claims his sonship to the Father.
Does Jesus only Heal Physical Pains?
There is always a purpose to our trials beyond what we can see or understand. Many times the thing that causes us the most pain has an incredible purpose to bring God glory. We see this lesson in John 9, when Jesus heals a man from blindness.
